Cancellation Policy - Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least eight hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. 50% of the service will be charged for cancellations with less than an eight-hour notice. All no-shows will be charged full price.
Arrival & Check In - New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow sufficient time to complete client profile information. Repeat clients should arrive 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals - to be fair to all our clients and therapists, late arrivals may not receive a full service and will be billed for the full service. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience.
Upon scheduling appointments, please alert us of any nut or other allergies, sensitivity to aromas, if you are pregnant or on medication.
A doctor’s release is required if you have had major surgery within the last 8 weeks or if you have had cancer or cancer treatments within the last year. For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for any questionable health issue.
PA State Law requires a parent or legal guardian to be physically present in the room during treatment of a minor (under 18 years of age).
Please allow extra travel time to the spa during summer months when traffic can be very heavy.
We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa to ensure your desired appointment time.
Locker rooms, spa robes and slippers are available to make your multiple service spa experience more comfortable.
We have a concierge service that will provide a reminder email or text a day before your service unless you request otherwise.
All our therapists are highly skilled professionals and are well trained in draping techniques to provide you with the utmost comfort.

Gift cards are not returnable, and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Emerald Springs Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards.
