
- Cancellation Policy - Because your Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations with less than 8 hours notice. All no-shows will be charged full price.
- Arrival & Check In - New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow sufficient time to complete client profile information. Repeat clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
- Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals - to be fair to all our guests and therapists, late arrivals may not receive a full service and will be billed for the full service. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience.
- We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa.
- We are always open to suggestions. Please let us know how we can better serve you.
- Locker rooms, spa robes and slippers are available to make your multiple service spa experience more comfortable.
- We will provide a complimentary reminder call a day or two before your service unless you request otherwise.
- All our therapists are highly skilled
professionals and are well trained in
draping techniques to provide you with the
utmost comfort.
- Gratuity is not included in our pricing nor
in our gift certificates.
