Cancellation Policy - Because your Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations with less than 8 hours notice. All no-shows will be charged full price. A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
Arrival & Check In - New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow sufficient time to complete client profile information. Repeat clients should arrive 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals - to be fair to all our guests and therapists, late arrivals may not receive a full service and will be billed for the full service. Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience.
Upon scheduling appointments, please alert us if you are pregnant, receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment, taking blood thinners, had recent surgery, fever or concussions, or any other medical condition, as they may require a doctor’s release and may limit your service options. For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for any questionable health issue.
We require a parent or guardian to be physically present in the room during treatment of a minor (under 18 years of age).
Please allow extra travel time to the spa during summer months when traffic can be very heavy.
We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa.

Locker rooms, spa robes and slippers are available to make your multiple service spa experience more comfortable.
We will provide a complimentary reminder call a day or two before your service unless you request otherwise.
All our therapists are highly skilled professionals and are well trained in draping techniques to provide you with the utmost comfort.
